Clifford And Daffodil was enjoying they're vacation on an deserted island when they realized the boat that they had had drifted off to sea. "How are we gonna get off the island Daffodil," asked Clifford. " I don't know, Clifford," said Daffodil. They were glad that there was food on the island, but after nineteen days on the island and no rescue boat and they had eaten all the food on the island, they started to see each other as food. The first one to crack was Daffodil. " I'm so hungry I could eat a dog" she said. Clifford got scared since he was the only dog on the island, and he didn't like the look she was giving him. He quickly went on the other side of the island only for Daffodil to be there. She hopped over to the little red puppy. Clifford screamed. He ran from the bunny even though he too was hungry. Months went by with Clifford staying away from Daffodil, who was his friend. One day when Daffodil had finally caught Clifford, they heard people calling they're names. It was Emily Elisabeth and her family! They came to rescue them! Emily Elisabeth took them back home and fed them some food. Daffodil apologized to Clifford. " That's okay, Daffodil. If it hasn't been for Emily Elisabeth saving us I would've have been hungry for rabbit," Clifford said. They laughed, glad that they weren't on the island any more. " Next time we're going to the zoo for our vacation," said the little red puppy. Daffodil agreed. They lived happily ever after.
