"France?" England asked as he slowly poked his head into the study. France glanced up from his work to see England.
"Oui, what is it cher?" France asked. He looked back at his work and continued writing his report for his boss.
"Well, you know, just checking up on you." England said softly. France chuckled and continued writing.
"That should be something I do to you, cher." France said. England blushed a light pink as he looked down to his growing tummy. England slowly closed the door to the study and walked up to the desk, looking down at the paper France was working on.
"You should get some rest." England stated. France laughed a bit and shook his head.
"Cher I will be fine. I just have to do a few more papers and then I'll be right to bed." France smiled. England bit his lip.
'He tells me that but he stays up all night.' England thought. He was upset. Why would France have to lie just to work? England walked around the desk and placed his hands on France's shoulders. France relaxed to his touch and sighed. England didn't mind playing the wife of the two, but really his hormones were on over load. Once France was relaxed England moved his hands softly over France's shoulders. He could tell that France was more than tense, so he had to help. France smiled and took off his reading glasses. He turned with his chair to face England. England looked down to France and France placed his hands in England's. England frowned and France kissed his right hand.
"Cher don't get so upset. You're stress is not good on the baby." France pointed out. England nodded and sat on France's lap. He leaned his head on France's shoulder and France let his hand run over England's tummy.
"I do love you." England sighed out. France used his left hand to give England a small hug.
"I love you too, cher." France kissed England's cheek and England looked into those deep blue eyes he loved so much.
"You know the work would go so much faster if you would just let me do my own." England stated.
"Non non non. Cher, the doctor told us no stress. Every nation can tell you that every meeting and every paper makes you stressed out for weeks!" France said and looked down at England's tummy. "We don't want to stress their little hearts out." France smiled. England nodded and closed his eyes. "I guess that the paper work can wait. So let's go to bed." France said. England let out a soft yawn and nodded. He got up and France took his hand. The two then walked down the hall and to their bedroom where they fell asleep in each other's arms.
