Chapter 1: The machine
It was a lovely day, birds were chirping, the sky was sunny, and as usual Eggman was scheming.
Eggman thought to himself "I wonder how I can build my Eggman Empire with that blue rat running around!"
He then had a brain wave and he started drawing the blueprints for his next invention.
Meanwhile
Sonic was munching on a chili dog at Tails house, "I can't believe it!" Tails shouted.
"Can't believe what?" Sonic responded,
Tails answered "I hacked into Eggman computers and he is working on an inter dimension transporter that could warp him into other worlds."
"So what's the plan?" asked Sonic.
Tails pulled out a watch "Take this; it's a watch and a communicator so we can keep in touch. Press that little button there to answer and end calls. Now go stop Eggman!" and with that Sonic rushed out the door as fast as he could.
Sonic was running through the grassy fields and stopped by a cliff. He looked in the distance was Eggmans headquarters.
"Time for the spin-ball…" Sonic said.
He pulled out a ring from his quills and started charging energy, he then curled up into a ball and launched through the air.
Eggman just finished building his device for dimensional transport then he heard a noise
"I know that sound. I've heard it before!" he then pressed a button by the device that lowered a metal dome onto the door.
"Wait for it….." Eggman then heard a bang from inside the dome.
"NOW!" the dome then closed the door and a LCD screen with the words, Subject Captured
"He'll never know that my machine gets powered by him spin-balling inside that dome."
Meanwhile inside the dome
Sonic was spin-balling as fast as he could, but it was no use. The reinforced steel was to strong for him to break out of. He then heard a beeping coming from his watch; he then pressed a little button and said, "Tails I'm in a little situation here."
"I know. Listen spin-balling powers his machine, however if the machine gets overcharged it just might stop" Tails replied.
"It could explode if I do that though!" Sonic responded.
"We don't have a choice; now start spin-balling as hard as you can!"
5 minutes later
"My machine is at full power!" Eggman shouted.
"Thanks to that little rat spin-balling his brains out my work will be complete!" a robot voice then said, "Machine power overload exploding in 5… 4... 3…"
"Oh crud…"
A blinding light was created by the machine, followed by a loud explosion.
