Ethan threw on some clothes, and grabbed his own suitcase. He was looking forward to this as much as Theresa was. She was so passionate and lively about everything.

One of the reasons he loved her so much.

When he reached the bottom of the stairs, his breath caught.

Theresa was dressed in a small T-shirt, khaki shorts, and hiking boots. Normal enough for anyone, but enough to make Ethan's heart beat faster.

She smiled as she saw the effect she was having on him. It was the same one he usually had on her.

"Well, Crane, are you coming with me or what?"

She started for the door, smiling. He broke his trance, and went to her. He dropped his bag in order to give her a long, sweet kiss. It had been too long since their last one.

"Now come on. You said that we were going camping, and I want to see just how Ethan Crane manages in the woods."

"What, you don't think I can handle the great outdoors?"

"I think you've lead a very sheltered life. You're going to prove that you're more experienced in the woods than I am."

"Watch and learn, Lopez-Fitzgerald."

She laughed as he took her hand, dragging her out to the car.

Ethan's eyes were on the road, much to his dismay. He would have preferred to stare at Theresa, absorbing the curves of her hips and her sensual brown eyes.

Theresa, meanwhile, was fumbling with the radio. She was in such a good mood, she could barely contain herself. Who wouldn't be? She was going on a trip with the man of her dreams.

She was also going to kick his butt in the woods. She knew that no matter how hard he tried, the fabulous Mr. Crane was no match for her in the forest. She laughed at the image of Ethan fending off a bear.

"What's so funny over there?"

She quickly caught herself, and looked at him with a dead serious expression on her face.

"I'm just really looking forward to this trip."

"So am I. Can you believe that one year ago today I had just realized that you weren't a stalker after all?"

"We've come a long way, haven't we?" Her mind flashed to Gwen, sorting through all her Ethan photos. This made her heart jump. Ethan still didn't know the truth.

After a few minutes, he noticed the worried look in her eyes.

"Hey, what's wrong?" His words broke her gaze, which had been on the window.

"I was just thinking.."

"What's going on in that pretty head of yours?"

She was touched at the love in his voice, but knew that he might not still be here if he found out the truth. How she had loved him her entire life. What would he think of her?

"Ethan, I--"

The car suddenly stopped, and Theresa looked out the window. She could see the sunlight poking through the trees of the serene wood setting. There was a beautiful cabin, one that she hadn't seen before. It was built out of furnished wood, and it was the prettiest place she had ever been.

Next to Bermuda.

"Wow…Ethan!" She got out of the car, letting the scent of pine fill her spirit.

"This is amazing. No one knows about it?"

He came up and wrapped his arm around her waist.

"Nope. It's all ours, sweetheart. As long as you want to stay here, we will."

"I don't even want to think about leaving. Let's unpack."
