A/N Hey ppl this is my first song-fic/one-shot and I hope you like it.
Troy's P.O.V
Here I am at the most fanciest restaurant in town The Blue Whale (I know stupid name all I could think of) for Sharpay and Zeke's wedding shower.
You must be thinking "Wow you and Sharpay aren't together?" but whatever.
I'm sitting with all my old high school friends and we're all laughing and all that crap when suddenly I hear my name being called.
"Give it up for Troy Bolton singing a special song for the lovely couple tonight!" the announcer guy says and people start clapping.
I walk on stage and I say into the microphone "Well first of all congratulations to the almost newly weds and I hope you like this song,"
Maybe this decision was a mistake
You probably don't care what I have to say
But's it's been heavy on my mind for months now
Guess I'm trying to clear some mental space
I would love to talk to you in person
But I understand why that can't be
I'll leave you alone for good I promise
If you answer this one question for me
After I finish this first verse most people are a bit confused by my song choice, but I have to say this without actually talking to her.

People are now clapping now that I'm getting more into the song and Sharpay and Sarah (her baby girl) are both smiling.

In the midst of the cheering and clapping crowd I saw Sharpay look at me and nod her and mouth "yes" to me. I smiled and made my way back to my seat.
