A/N: Wow a oneshot… Sheelos no less… I am both amazed and scared with myself.
"You idiot!" Sheena yelled at the perverse chosen, "You stupid-"
"Calm down honey." SLAP!
"You had me think that you were betraying us!"
"But I didn't." That statement was true enough, but she was still pissed off.
"Just leave me alone Zelos." She said, pointing at the door. The Redhead noticed something about her no one else would have noticed. She was hurt.
"You think it was easy for me? Easy to put you through that? Sheena all I wanted was to finish the journey quickly and the best way to do that was to fool even you." He looked at her beseechingly.
"Go." The word was simple, the look in her eyes unreadable.
"Sheena, I-"
"Go!" Her soft brown eyes met his unusually hurt periwinkle ones.
"I love you." H said softly.
"What?" Her eyes widened in shock. He turned to leave.
"Wait." Her voice called before he left. "Do you mean that?"
"Does it matter? I'm just an idiot." His face was as unreadable as ever.
"It matters because when you claimed to be our enemy, it hurt. The thought of losing you, it was unbearable. Zelos, despite what you think, I love you too." Her eyes trained on him.
Nothing more was said as the Zelos returned to her side. Both relishing each other's company.
