Years have past in Eostia, after the Black Dog Insurgency. Sir Garrett Matthews the Hellspawn is well known hero along with his adopted son and daughter/apprentices Shay and Aerin Matthews.
Our story begins here, City of Ken
Garrett walks as a some children approach him cheerfully. "Sir Garrett!" They shout in excitement, Garrett the Spawn smiled to them he has finally found peace in his new life.
Kneeling to the children, one of them handes him a flower which he took, "Thank you" He says.
"Sir Garrett I wanna be a knight like you" a little boy with his eyes sparkling. Garrett chuckled and rubbed the boy's head, "One day you'll become a knight a greater knight then I" He replies.
The Spawn continues his walk, the children laugh and play, the people cheered and welcomed him.
Nearby Shay Matthews, a villager from Norwitch and apprentice/adopted son his look changed as well, his armor is leathered with a black and red theme and on his shoulder guard is a symbol of Spawn showing who is loyalty to. Carrying his spear and noticed Garrett so he ran over to him.
"Boss!" He says with a grin. Garrett laughed and patted his shoulder and said, "Shay your growning up a lot" He says.
Shay chuckled and rub the back of his head, "Thanks Sir"
Shay followed Garrett through Ken and found their main mage.
Aerin Matthews a mage from Magin, she is also the apprentice/adopted daughter. One of her eyes is a color of red as the other is blue, her mage clothing became black color, and she had the spawn symbol pictured onto the earrings she wore.
"Oi Aerin" Garrett called, Aerin looks up from her book smiling and skips over to him, "Master" She says smiling.
Garrett chuckles and rubs her head and walks with his apprentices. Once they reached the castle they were greeted by the servents and by Celestine Lucross.
"Sir Garret, Sir Shay and Lady Aerin" She smiles, The trio kneel and bow their heads.
"Lady Celestine" Garrett smiled, "Your still beautiful as the day we met" He says, causing Celestine to blush.
"Thank you Sir Garrett, it has come to my attention that a strange surge of magic has came from the western border of Oskal" She says.
Garrett nodded, "We shall investigate this Lady Celestine" He says, Celestine smilied and dismissed the Spawn and his Apprentices.
The trio climbed onto their horses and rode out for Oskal and the source of the magic.
Oskal
Remnants of the Black Dogs travel far into a abandon castle. "Okay we'll rest here" The Captain said.
The Dogs set up for rest but something caught their eye, a figure in a shroud walked towards them so they grabbed their weapons.
"Halt who goes there?!" One of the dogs shouted, the figure stopped and let out a cough.
"Ahh..the Black Dog Mercenaries still flourish hehehahaha" The figure said, The Captain held his sword and shouted.
"Who are you?" He says but the figure laughed.
"If you work and serve under me...I shall give you anything you desire" It said but one of the dogs stepped forward and pulled the hood off revealing a demonic beast.
The Black Dogs back up as the figure grew, "I am...Malebolgia...hehehahahaha! Now if you little dogs serve under me I shall grant you anything" He says.
"Fuck you! you-" The dog stepped before being clawed to death swiftly.
The Dogs look in horror and Malebolgia laughed and so they bowed to him. Swarms of demons appeared to them and granted them weapons and armor.
Once they put it on the armor fused into them causing them pain. They screamed but the armor fused into their brain and controlling them.
Malebolgia walked and transformed into a human with long blond hair, wearing heavy armor, metallic gauntlets and boots as he places his crown of thorns onto his head and sat upon the throne.
"Now..let the games begin" Malebolgia new voice and body said with a sinister smile.
