Story: Tea

A/N: I have never read the books in this series. I wrote this as a birthday present for Pink Wolf Princess.

Also, I obviously do not own anything in this story. Even the plot isn't mine!

Happy Birthday, Princess!

Story:

Cimorene looked up from where she was reading a book. Standing and exiting Kazul's cave, she looked over the tops of the trees at the bottom of the mountain. She smiled as she saw Morwen flying towards her sitting side saddle on her broom. Looking down towards the base of the mountain, she noticed that Telemain was almost to the cave. Morwen landed right as Telemain reached the top.

"Morwen, Telemain, It's so great to see you!" Cimorene greets.

"Cimorene! It feels like it's been forever." Morwen grins.

"Hello, Cimorene. You look well." Telemain says.

"Is Kazul inside?" Morwen asks.

Cimorene nods and leads them inside the cave. Kazul is sitting by a table on one side of the cave. The others settle into seats at the table, while Cimorene pours the tea and serves bowls of chocolate mousse. After a few moments of silence, Cimorene decides to speak up.

"So, I've been trying to research alternate ways to melt wizards. Carrying a bucket of soapy water and lemon can be straining for some of us." She says.

" True. We could always cause them to oxidize rapidly into combustion of heat and light by throwing highly flammable elements on them." Telemain offers.

Kazul growls. "Do not start that today, Telemain! Speak normal!"

"He means catch them on fire. It is a good idea, but wizards can just put themselves out before any damage is done." Morwen explains.

"Oh, well, I could always just eat them." Kazul grins.

"But don't you always get a stomach ache from eating them, Kazul." Cimorene intervenes.

"Yes, but I will suffer that illness for a chance to taste their defeat." Kazul cackles.

"But there must be some way to melt them without lugging the water everywhere." Cimorene frowns.

"Maybe the problem isn't melting them. Maybe we just have to find a way to trap them to the end of their lives." Morwen ponders.

"Something like a using a one way mirror charm that traps anyone who looks in it?" Telemain asks, being careful to keep his speech normal.

"That's actually a perfect idea!" Morwen exclaims. "They are small and portable but powerful enough to hold a wizard!"

"Oh! I want some once you guys make them!" Cimorene grins.

"I will stick to just eating them." Kazul announces.

"We'll get started as soon as we get back to the forest." Morwen promises.

"May I get some more mousse, please?" Telemain asks politely.

"I ate it all while you guys were having your magical excitement." Kazul replies, smirking.

A/N: Sorry if they are out of character. I tried. Again, Happy Birthday, Girlie!
