Chapter 18
I used some rocks that I found by the river to signal MASA that I will soon beginning the journey. During the trip, I'm not going to have any way to communicate with MASA, so any problems that I run into will have to be solved without their help.
Lucky for me, Martians can store water, kind of like camels. So that problem was now solved. However there were a few other problems that I had to address. One thing I will definitely need is the regenerator. I need it so I won't die when I'm sleeping outside. There's no way it was fitting on the speeder, so I did my best to minimize the device so it would be more portable. After it was down to size, I should be able to just carry it on my back.
Bad idea. Although the regenerator was smaller, it was still heavy as shit. I threw out my back, and now my water is leaking out too. I need to relax. Maybe I'll hop in the hot springs I saw back on day 159.
