Noah glanced at his clock as he stepped out of the shower with a towel on his waist. The clock showed 8:15pm. Noah cursed at himself. I have to pick Beverly up in thirty minutes!
He got dressed in a tuxedo, knowing that Rex, Beverly's 'brother', and Rebecca, Beverly's sister/surrogate mother, would want to kill him if he didn't dress the part of a classy boyfriend.
He put on some weird smelling cologne, evidently Beverly liked it, and went to his car. It was an Italian sports car, courtesy of his father Arthur Nixon Callen, or, as he was better known as, Captain Callen.
Noah drove to the Holiday household, kicking himself because he was five minutes late. Beverly was probably volcanically mad. But the girl walked out, looking calm, pretty, and looking very attractive.
Rex was walking out aswell. Beverly hugged Noah and kissed his cheek. The two males shook hands and Rex opened the passenger seat for his 'sister' and then said to Noah, after he closed the car door, "Be careful with her or you die."
Noah nodded and the got into the car. The two drove to a fancy restaurant that Noah made reservations for. A waiter came up to them. "May I take your orders, madam and monsieur?"
They both ordered spaghetti and meatballs. They got glasses of cider and the two of them ate in silence until Beverly said "So, how have you been? We haven't talked for a while." Noah smiled "I've been good. How about you?"
Beverly took a sip of her cider. "Great. I'm Rebecca's new intern." Noah smiled "Cool. I think you'll make a super hot and way smart scientist." Beverly smiled before Noah said "Even better than your sister." Beverly giggled
"As if!" She said before taking a bite of a meatball. "I'm serious!" Noah whispered/shouted. Beverly looked at Noah "I think you'd be in Rex's field." Noah looked confused. He than said "The Nanites have been destroyed, the is no threat anymore."
Beverly thought he looked kind of cute with a spaghetti noodle hanging on his bottom lip "I mean Robot engineering." Beverly clarified. Noah's mouth made an 'O'. Come on Beverly!
The girl thought, Do something! She looked at Noah and then smiled "Mind if we get out of here?" Beverly said "Kinda stuffy in here." Noah nodded and paid for their food and drinks before escorting her out of the restaurant
They entered Noah's car and the teen drove her home. They two of them got out of the car and shared a kiss. Rex walked out to the car, causing Noah to end the kiss abruptly, walk backwards, and fall against the car.
"Night." Noah said. Beverly nodded "Night." The two of them nodded to each other before Noah got into the car and drove off.
