His smile was something else. Definitely in a good way. He would do anything to make him smile. Seeing his eyes light up like that, god, he couldn't focus on snything but him every time he smiled. Most people only ever see the smirk, or whatever that one look was called. His true, real, smile, was reserved for only those he was close with. Very close with. Shu had only seen the smile a few times, and each time, his heart went racing at the speed of light, if thats even possible. It may be an exaduration, but if that's what happens when he smiles, Shu would never be able to survive being near him. He couldn't take what he got. The blue that was rarely seen by anyone lighting up, and his eyes widening in an odd way, to allow you to get a better look at his irises. The way his cheeks would turn all red whenever it happened. God, oh God, dear lord, he couldn't take the sight of it for much longer.
He had only seen this smile three times, and it was only more stunning each time.
It was just another day at the beyclub, Rantaro as the referee, Valt and Daigo battling each other over something that happened in math class again. "Shu, why do you keep staring at me like that?" Blood rushed to his face in an instant. "I-I wasn't staring at you." He turns away, for he had been staring at him and he couldn't find an argument to save himself from this. "Yes, you were!" There wasn't any anger or offense in his voice. He turned his head to look at the other. The smile he got would have knocked him out, had he not had his hand held by the other now, though that should only further the point that he should have passed out by now.
The next time was more of an open display, and not just to him, sadly.
They were all having a a sleepover at his house, mostly because of Valt knowing where he was ticklish. Everyone had decided to come along, just for the sake of Valt not feeling let down. Let's face it, either Daigo or Rantaro has a crush on him, there is no other way. Valt insisted that he take the floor, Daigo and Rantaro took either side of him, and at that point, Shu had realized that there was no more room on the floor. "Take the couch, and keep Wakiya close to you." Daigo had said, and in a rather suggestive way. It was incredibly embarrassing to tell this to Wakiya, and he said that it was as if the group had planned this or something. He swears they had. He was both mentally stabbing them, and mentally thanking them. After a moment, his chin was lifted up, and he was greeted with the smile of which he couldn't handle. The rest of the beyclub stood behind them, cheering him on silently.
I
They probably planned that whole thing.
The third, was now. Right now. He was looking at him with his own smile, and before he knew it, something he never expected had happened.
Waiya had Kissed him.
It was the sensation of a moment, but he loved every second of it. After the pulled away, Shu could still remember the feeling. Wakiya's lips were surprisingly soft, and he was warm. Not just his lips, but every bit of him was warm and his face was red as he held him in his arms. Even if they didn't last, was it so wrong to enjoy this? To share one kiss, with no one else around? The answer didn't matter to him as his lips met with his lover's one more time.
It wasn't wrong to enjoy Wakiya's precious smile.
