A/N: ok I have decided to redo this fanfics and rename it, since ppl suck and obviously don't pay attention to summaries. -.- Anyway as I always say, I do not own Naruto. On to the story.
It was a peaceful day in Konoha, the villagers were roaming the streets happily, the kids were playing in the park, and the Hokage was in her office doing some paperwork, while enjoying a bottle of sake. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door, causing Tsunade to stop what she was doing.
'Oh thank kami, I was getting bored,' she thought, putting the sake down and then said, "Come in." The door opened and in walked Naruto, with a nervous expression on his face and walked up to Tsunade's desk, only to stop a few feet in front of her.
"Oh, hello Naruto, what brings you here," the blonde women asked, as she leaned back in her chair, observing the 18 year old boy, who scratched the back of his head and looked around the room, as if he did something wrong and was afraid to say anything.
"Ummm, Baa-chan," Naruto said quietly, which was rare for Naruto, since he is very loud all the time, "I kinda need to ask you something."
"Naruto, what did you do," Tsunade asked, reaching for her sake bottle again.
"Why do you assume I did something wrong," he defended, but saw the judgmental look on Tsunade's face and sighed in defeat, "Ok, but please don't be mad." Before Tsunade could respond, Naruto turned around and headed to the door. She watched as he opened the door, leaned out for a second, and came back in carrying a tied up little girl, about 8 years old, with pink hair and big shining green eyes. The red shirt that she normally wore was now huge and looked like a dress on her. Tsunade sat there stunned with her mouth hanging open. She blinked a few times, rubbed her eyes, and then pinched herself, to make sure she wasn't dreaming.
"Sakura is that you," Tsunade asked, standing up from her seat after her mind finally registered who it was, and then looked at the blonde.
"Yea, it's her," Naruto answered, since the little girl had a handkerchief over her mouth, preventing her from talking, "I kinda turned her into a little kid."
"How," Tsunade roared, slamming her hands on her desk, causing Naruto to back up a little, in fright.
"Hey wait, you said that you weren't gonna get mad!"
"I never agreed to that and how could I not get mad at this, Baka!" Naruto sighed again and began explaining what happened.
-Flashback-
Naruto was walking around Konoha, bored out of his mind. The amounts of missions were low lately, and while this was a good thing, Naruto didn't have anything to do besides train and he had just got done doing that.
'Kami, give me something to do that's fun, before I end up going to play Shougi with Shikamaru and I still don't know how to play that game," the blonde thought, while walking past a building, only to stop walking and back up to it, 'huh, that's never been there before.' The building was large and green, with the name of the story saying 'Pranks for Ninjas' in bright yellow letters.
"Something tells me the owners didn't put much thought into the name," Naruto said, while sweatdropping, but quickly shook it off and went inside the store. This is what Naruto needed, to go back to his old habit of pranking people, like he did when he was younger. As he entered the store, Naruto looked around for something good to use. The shelves were full of beginner pranks like whoopee cushions, hand zappers, and shocking gum. He walking past them to the next shelves that had other level pranks, but they just didn't interest him at all.
"This is lame, there are pranks here that I've either already done or just seem to boring," Naruto ranted. He was about to leave when suddenly a purple bottle caught his eye. He walked over to the counter; the bottle was on and picks it up to examine it. The bottle was in the shape of a circle, and the label on it read 'Age Reversal Potion'.
"This looks neat, but how am I suppose to use this," Naruto wondered, unscrewing the lid and taking a sniff of the liquid inside, only to have his face scrunch up in disgust, "Ugh, what the hell? This smells awful!"
"If you don't like the smell, then put it back," A voice came from behind Naruto, almost causing him to drop the glass bottle in surprise. Naruto turned around and saw a man in his 30s, with light brown hair and gray eyes, looking at the blonde curiously.
"Please don't do that again," Naruto said, clutching his chest as if he was about to have a heart attack, then calmed down and looked at the man, "Anyway, what does this potion do?"
"Ah, it turns the person, it's used on, into an 8 year old," the man explained. At that moment, an idea popped up in Naruto's mind and he grinned ear to ear.
"In that case, I'll take it," he replied, walking to the cash register to purchase the item.
"Uh, aren't you gonna ask how it works or anything?"
"Nope, I'll figure it out myself." The man sighed, before walking to the register and sold the potion to Naruto. After buying it, Naruto immediately ran home and grabbed a water canteen from his kitchen. He filled the canteen, half-way, with water and then poured the potion in the rest of the way, so that the smell would be unnoticeable. After that, Naruto closed the canteen and then headed out to the training fields where he found the person; he was looking for, training.
"Hey Sakura-chan," Naruto said, walking up to said girl, who had stopped training to rest.
"Hm? Oh hey Naruto, how long have you been standing there," Sakura asked, turning to the blonde boy and waving to him.
"Not long," he answered, and then took out the canteen; he was hiding, from his pouch, "do you want some water?"
"You sure that's water," Sakura asked, eyeing the canteen suspiciously, "the last time you offered me 'water', I woke up the next day with a hangover."
"Hey, that wasn't even my fault, how was I suppose to know that was sake," Naruto defended, sweatdropping. Sakura narrowed her eyes at her friend, before shrugging and taking the canteen. Naruto watched her open it and sniff it, hoping that she couldn't smell the potion. He sighed in relief when she started taking a sip from the canteen, proving that she couldn't smell it; but, suddenly after one gulp, Sakura spat out the drink in disgust.
"Ugh, Naruto what the hell is this," the pink haired girl yelled, coughing and gagging at the awful taste.
"Well that didn't go as I thought it would," Naruto mumbled to himself, scratching the back of his head, "that damn shopkeeper owes me money."
"What are you-"Sakura tried to say, but suddenly collapsed on the ground, scaring Naruto.
"AHHHHHHHHHH! WHAT HAVE I DONE!" Naruto screamed, spazzing and running around like an idiot, but stopped when he noticed that Sakura started shrinking, "huh, what the hell?" Sakura continued shrinking for a few seconds. When she stopped shrinking, Sakura sat up and started rubbing her eyes with her now childlike hands. Sakura was now an 8 year old and her all her clothes were too big. The only thing that stayed on her was her red shirt that now looked like a dress. She looked at Naruto, who was staring at her in shock, and tilted her head in confusion.
'K-Kawaii,' Naruto thought, looking at Sakura, as she stood up and looked around until her big, shiny green eyes landed on the blonde boy, "Uh, hello there."
"Hm? Who are you," she asked, in a tiny childlike voice. Naruto looked at her, puzzled, as the little girl looked down, nervously and tugging on the end of her shirt, as the rest of her outfit, headband, and weapon pouches lay on the ground.
"Huh, wait, do you mean you don't know who I am," Naruto asked, pointing at her, then sweatdropped as she shook her head and backed away, "oh man, ok I really did something wrong. Come on, I'll take you to Baa-chan."
"Wait, I don't know you, why should I go with you," Sakura asked, looking at him. Naruto sighed, knowing that she wasn't going to listen to him and walked over to the frightened girl.
"It's ok Sakura-chan, you can trust me," he tried to reason, but Sakura just backed away from him again, 'what the hell? Is this how Sakura was, when she was little?'
"I-I don't want to," Sakura suddenly yelled, turning and running away from Naruto, who's jaw dropped at her action. Naruto ran after Sakura and caught her by the arm, only to be kicked in the shin.
"Owwww! Damn it," Naruto shouted, letting her go to hold his leg in pain. Noticing Sakura was running away again, he made a couple clones and chased after her. When they caught up to her, they picked her up to and tried to take her to Tsunade, but Sakura kept kicking and screaming. Naruto, afraid that someone would hear all the noise, tried to tie up Sakura. After what seemed like an hour, the clones disappeared, leaving Naruto and a tied up Sakura in the field.
"Whew, that was tiring," he said, before picking up Sakura and walking away, 'Now to Baa-chan's office. She might be able to help, even though she'll kick my ass when she sees Sakura'.
