about a night that Maki cant sleep and starting to bugging Rin...
That night is actually so quiet night for everyone else to be able to sleep. But not for Nishikino Maki. She looks troubled to close her eyes. Beside her, Hoshizora Rin, her girlfriend, was already sleep.
"Rin..."
"Rin, wake up..."
"Rin..."
"Riiiiinnnn..."
Maki tried to waking Rin up. Maki shook Rin shoulders slowly. But seems it was not enough to wake her.
"Riiiiiinnn..."
Maki shaking Rin a little harder. Rin groaned because of it.
"5 minutes again, Maki-chan." Rin murmured as she pulled up her blanket.
"Mou Rin, wake up. I couldn't sleep tonight. Please wake up and accompany me until I fall asleep." Maki shook Rin again.
"Maki-chan, it's already midnight. Go back to sleep and please don't wake me up now because I have a test tomorrow."
"I told you I could not sleep just now. Riin… Riiiiinnn... Mouu. "
Maki grumbling because Rin didn't seems to wake up after she tried to wake her up.
It crossed Maki's mind to find a snack or drink that could help her to sleep. Slowly she moved from the bed and walked toward the kitchen. But once she reach on the kitchen, Maki couldn't find anything that could help her to sleep.
Grumbling, Maki walked back toward her bed where she and Rin slept together.
Maki lie down trying to sleep again, but still she couldn't. She turned to look at Rin's face, but what she got was Rin who sleep backing at her.
Groaning, Maki sat down and tried to roll Rin, tried to make Rin sleep on supine position and she did it.
Now Maki is staring at Rin's sleeping face.
'She looks cute even though she is sleeping.' Maki thought.
Unconsciously Maki hands began to playing Rin's cheek. Like, patted it, and pinching it. Maki chuckled when she was enjoying pulling Rin's cheek and Rin looks bothered because of it.
And Maki laughter get a bit harder when she pinched Rin's nose and Rin looks troubled to breathe.
Actually Rin realized it when Maki tried to put her to sleep on her back and she knew that Maki was playing her face. Rin just pretending that she still asleep and also pretending that she feel bothered because of what Maki doing to her face, and Rin wanted to know how long that Maki will play with her face. But Rin starting to get really annoyed when Maki pinch her nose, not allowing her to breathe.
'Maki-chan seems really couldn't sleep till she is playing me like this' Rin thought.
Then when Maki tried to pinch Rin's nose again, suddenly Rin's hands moves and pulled her into a hug, placing her head on Rin's chest.
Maki could hear Rin's heartbeats was so calm.
Maki could feel Rin's hand was rubbing her hair, trying to calming her.
And Maki could feel that her face was heated up, flushed.
"Maki-chan, please, go back to sleep." Rin said softly as she kissed her forehead.
Maki's face now completely red because what is Rin doing just now.
But she enjoyed it. That makes her calm a little.
And Rin's heartbeats sounds like a music to her ears, and it help her to get some drowsiness.
She has no plan to break up the moment that makes her comfortable now.
And slowly, her eyes felt heavy, and before she realize, she was already asleep.
The atmosphere became silent, and only their breathing sounds that Rin can hear.
Rin who is still awake, trying to make sure that Maki already asleep or not. After making sure that Maki was already asleep, Rin smiled and kissed Maki forehead softly once again.
"Sweet dreams Maki-chan. I love you." Rin murmured softly as she closed her eyes to continue her disrupted sleep that night.
