Effie Trinket moves to 12 and Marries Haymitch.
Haymitch still given to drinking but also a good man and Uncle to the kids.

District has the medicine factory but a privet company still does Coal mining.
The Constitution of the Old United States was found in the Capitals custody. It is what the Constitution of the New Panem is based on.
New Flag of Panem is similar to the U.S Flag. The Seal of the Panem surrounded by 13 stars in a field of blue and the 13 strips of red and white.
The Hunger Games are taught in Panem History class starting in grade 6 or when the children are about age 12. (Seemed fitting given that is when they would have been eligible for the reaping).
In the wake of the Nation becoming peaceful and Just population explosion (No word on how many in all Districts).
