*I've always liked the Bulma-Vegeta dynamic, though I honestly think the show could have expanded on it a bit more. It sort of came out of nowhere, with little to no explanation, which made it very hard to see happening. In my opinion, at least. Though, you can see little instances where there's obviously more than just a physical relationship going on- and they're so alike, you have to admit that no one else would put up their crap for long. :)
I may or may not add other drabbles on to this in the future.
There is no excuse for this.
"Grammy?" the small girl asks one afternoon over a grilled cheese sandwich. "Do Momma and Daddy love each other?"
"Of course they do," she answers without missing a beat. She places her hand over Bulla's worriedly. "Why on Earth would you ever ask something like that?"
"I don't know," Bulla shrugs. "They fight all the time."
"That's how they show they care, dear."
"But Grammy," she says, pulling her hand away, "that doesn't make any sense!"
"No," the pleasant blond agrees quietly,"it doesn't. But if you ask me, they've never been happier."
"You think so?"
She smiles. "I know so."
