And so, after the infamous Battle of Hogwarts, the wizarding world came to realize there were some things that needed to be looked into. From that moment on, orphaned young wizards were put into wizarding homes, where they came into their powers in a safe and caring environment. They began to take better care of the minds of those who had been previously driven mad through torture or other reasons. After many years the Longbottom family was reunited and whole. And finally, a wizarding program for those not nearly magic enough for Hogwarts or who had been expelled years earlier came into existence with help, no doubt, from a certain young man with a rather large fortune. And so it came to be that Hagrid, the groundskeeper for Hogwarts, received a letter on his birthday, inviting him to be a part of Ouranos Remedial School for Wizards first class. And it was with a teary smile that Harry Potter, the boy who lived, watched his surrogate father pick up a 16 inch oak wand with a core of Acromantula fang which promptly shoots out a stream of bold blue sparks.
