A/N: I apologise in advance for any mistakes, I'm English so I use mobile instead of cell and such. Also, about Greg I haven't seen the new series, it premieres this Tuesday (:D) so I don't know which level he is currently on, so sorry about that If he is already a level three. Oh, one last thing, I recently started reading hamgsrship's story 'Lady In Red' and I fell in love with it, you really should do too, it is expertly written and the plot is amazing!

Disclaimer: I own nothing in this story.

Sara exited her car and, double checking it was the right coffee house, walked inside to meet the woman waiting for her. Her curvy, red-haired friend smiled and waved over at her from the booth she was currently sat at. A coffee was already waiting for her when she slid onto the leather after exchanging hugs and greetings. "It's really good to see you, Sara," Catherine beamed at the younger brunette, noticing the glowing aura emanating from her, "It's great to see you too, Cath. We would of emailed you but we just found this new house in New Hampshire, so we're trying to arrange everything and Gil's only just finished his teaching spot at the university, everything's pretty hectic right now," the hot liquid did wonders to Sara's exhausted state and she hadn't drank anything in a while either. Catherine nodded, "Yeah? That's great news! When-" her sentence cut off rather abruptly making Sara draw her attention back to the woman sitting across the table from her, one hand still in place on her slightly rounded stomach.

She gave an impish smile, one for not really paying much attention to her and partly because she hadn't told her earlier, "Three months, we're going for a scan in a couple weeks." Catherine's smile reappeared, even wider this time, "Congratulations! Gil hasn't been too occupied with his job, then? I suppose that's the other reason you haven't emailed," both women chorused a short laugh before Sara added, "Well, yeah. You know if I didn't know better I'd think he was popping Viagra, he's got it up practically 24-7, it's exhausting," she paused before settling on a rather subtle ending, "Not that I'm complaining, he really is quite something." Her eyes dropped to the table separating them before meeting Catherine again, who was trying desperately to block out images of the two. At that moment, Sara's mobile beeped, giving Catherine more time to rid of her grimace.

'Just finished class, do you know where my blue dress shirt is? I've got a meeting with the Dean about something, miss you.

Love, Gil xx' The smile that had graced Sara's lips from the moment she realised who the text was from, grew to an unbelievable size after she had finished reading it and hit the reply button, 'Your shirt is in the washing basket, I told you to wash it before I left. That's great, ask him to recommend you at the university in New Hampshire, I hear they have some really promising students there. I Love you too xx' After she was sure the text had gone through, the two women began conversing again.

"So, how is everyone at the lab? I'd love to stay and see them but I got delayed with the Sheriff and then I had to call the estate agent and now I'm here," her voice sounded tired even to herself, surprising her a little, "They're great, I promoted Greg to a CSI level three just last week, Nick's engaged to that girl from the day shift, Stacey I think it is, he's quite private about it. And Ray... well he's just himself. How's Gil, besides horny?" she sniggered softly, meeting Sara's crooked grin, "Besides that, he's great. Lost a little weight from our... um... yeah, tanned." Their conversations lasted a little over an hour before Sara politely excused herself, sending her best to the lab and headed to McCarran to catch her flight back home.

A/N: Sorry for the rather abrupt and quite disappointing ending, I wrote this at about midnight and wanted to post it, but I ran out of ideas.
