Fists slammed into his face, pummeled his soft, unprotected stomach. He bites down hard on his bottom lip to keep from screaming out his pain. His eyes filled with tears but he fought them back, hating himself for the weakness they showed. He felt his ribs snap under the pressure and started to cough up blood a softy whimper escaped the child's lips
"Aw, my poor little monkey" his tormentor taunted. "Does that hurt?"
He struggled to get away from the fists running his back along the ground to get away. His tormentor laughed and easily flipped him to his stomach. He gave a frightened squeak and started crawling on his hands and knees. Anything to get away from what he knew would happen next.
"Oh no my little pet" his tormentor laughed. "I'm not through with you."
The Saiyan prince jerked up in his bed and struggled to keep from shivering. "It was just a dream fool" he berated himself.
The warrior threw his legs off the bed and lowered his head, trying to rid his mind of the images of the pain he had suffered as a small boy. The images resurfaced, as did the ones that happened after.
"Stay out of my head" he growled rising to his feet. He stood by the bed for a long moment breathing slowly before he moved to his dresser and pulling out his Cd's.
"Stupid lizard" he growled. He began to flip through the Cd's until he found one of his Simple Plan ones. Quietly he placed the CD into his CD player and hit play.
The music started up and he relaxed his body and began to sing in time with the words.
