News Worth Giving.
He entered the room silently; his old leather shoes scarcely making a sound. He hadn't meant to have stayed out so late, of course and silently prayed that Dora would be asleep.
He flicked on the hallway light and unfortunately disturbed Andromeda's reading in her bedroom. He hadn't known of course as Andromeda had creped out when he had been around the corner. She smiled; knowing that her daughter, as sweet as she was, had her father's temper and would deal with him. However she hadn't known that she had fallen asleep. She retreated back in to her bedroom to continue with her reading.
Remus rounded the corner and turned on the kitchen light; stumbling into the doorway. He jumped back in fright as the light flicked on than off. There sat his wife; her arms hanging limply down her body, asleep. However when Remus looked at her she had looked awake. He made his way across the kitchen floor; holding his wife's gaze as he went. He sat down on a chair opposite her. There was a minute of silence than a minute more before Remus decided to shake her.
"Dora?…. Dora?… Dora?" There was no response and Remus sighed. He'd have to carry her than. He lifted her up and made his way slowly to the bedroom.
In the bedroom Remus layed Tonks on the bed. He glanced at his surroundings, his eyes resting on the crib in the corner. Inside it was his baby son Teddy was barley three hours old. He walked over to the crib and picked Teddy up.
"Hey, Teddy looks like Mummy tried to stay up huh." He cooed. There was no response as his son was sleeping. He sighed and walked over to the bed. He proceeded to remove Tonks's shoes and transfigured her trousers and top into a nightgown. He then pulled the covers back and climbed into bed himself too.
Sighing he let sleep overcome him.
He'd have to give the news tomorrow.
AN: I am on a roll people!……… Or maybe not:p No seriously all I'm doing is writing fan fiction now. I really need to get started on that project! This is set after the Shell Cottagians(NOT A REAL WORD) receive the news of Teddy's birth. The 'news' is that Fleur pregnant so that fact makes this fic AU. Nah it doesn't causes she miscarrys. Sad.
