During the days of the Silver Millennium, although there was peace, things were FAR from peaceful. Nations bickered and plot, even among those of the planetary kingdoms. Near the end, before Beryl's campaign actually began, she sponsored (backed by rogues within the Silver Kingdom) a bold, revolutionary project, seeking to create the ultimate soldier: people from all over the system, gifted in the magic, though not too closely related to the royal houses, even from earth and the moon, were kidnapped and brainwashed into virtual amnesia, then locked into sealed environment with selected powerful yoma, hopping they eventually interbred into an all-powerful hybrid, the basis of her new elite troops. The whole thing, a continent about the size of North America, isolated in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, was confined under powerful spells of forgetfulness and misdirection, making it vanish even from people's memories, plus time distortions, making time itself flows faster within it while keeping it from Pluto's sight. A masterpiece of endeavor, with _everything_ to succeed.
What nobody expected was for the war to break _before_ they could check upon it. Beryl had to fight _without_ her promised super-soldiers. Ever since the Fall, 15,000 years have passed on the outside world. Four times that on the _inside_. The Silver Millennium, and the Old Earth nations, like Atlantis, Mu and Lemuria, are no more than myths to the modern world.
Until Beryl returned, and with her, the Senshi.
Even them, the sealed continent, code-name 'Elemental', remained hidden, the people within mutated, though not quite as any expected, and long ago developed their own society, laws and rules. Also, their own… _unique_ skills.
Until one knuckle-headed blonde jinchuuriki (distantly related to the moon house), totally by chance, found the central base of the project in the continent, and accidentally managed not only to turn the shielding off, bringing the whole Elemental Countries back into the modern world, and PLUTO'S, sight but even worse, he managed to establish a portal connection with the countries and Japan, allowing for quick, easy, _unhindered_ transport between both.
Now, Nations, Ninjas, Sailors, and Youma will clash each other, with the fate of more than simply the world at stake!
