Watch the pain wash away,
Let the blood leak down the drain,
Hoping your mind stays sane,
See your wounds cry crimson tears,
Feel the obsession remain,
Watch the moon wax and wane,
Wait for a stop to the pain,
Drown a rose in raindrops,
Heal a brokne heart with tears,
Realize your tainted fears,
Hear the screams through tortured ears,
Watch as the years pass by,
Hope your eyes dry with time,
Tell a truth, make it a lie,
Just so you can say good-bye,
Feel the anguish subside,
While you bleed away the pain,
And what you truly gain,
Is a glimpse of the insane.
