Eric's Grand Adventure
Eric stood in the forest close to The General's base watching some strange activity. The soldiers were amassing a huge assortment of weapons, food, water, jeeps, tanks, helicopter, clothes, and many other supplies. Eric saw a purple flash of light. He had to advert his eyes because of the brightness. When he opened his eyes he was surrounded by a purple fog. He carefully moved though it. Then he came out of the fog he was on a trail in a thick forest. He quickly opened the computer screen on his wrist to open his computer map to find the computer was off. He ran the start up sequence and checked what caused the shut down. He found a huge energy spike caused a safety down protocol to activate. He saw three people walking down the path toward him. Though some about them stuck him as odd, they were all wearing leather armor with two having bows on they backs. He decided to ask where he was, but they gave him a confused look. Then they replied in a langue he didn't understand but sounded familiar. They listened to them he figured out it was a mix of a very old English and equally old German. Using this he was able to communicate with them. He discovers he has been thrown back in time. Suddenly a knight in black armor called out, "You all shall die!" They two men with bows drew them and told their friend and Eric to run away. Eric looks at the Black knight charging at them, draws his .44 auto-mag, aims, and fires. BANG! The knight is thrown off his horse. The three people jumped in fright of the unbelievably loud noise. Eric turns to the three frightened people. "He isn't getting back up; that shot went though his heart." All three of them stare at him in shock. Eric shakes his head, "He never saw it coming." The three of them give him directions to the town near by. He heads to the tavern and sits typing information into his computer. He rests for the night at the local inn.
