Chapter 1
It's prom night for 18 year old Sarah Braverman when she is stll upstairs getting ready and everybody else is downstairs in the livingroom just hanging out when there's a knock at the door. 16 year old Crosby is playing his video game and 14 year old Julia is laying across a chair with her feet up on the arm rests and is reading her magazine and just looks at Camille.
"Alright well fine if nobody's going to get that." Camille says getting up to go and answer the door
Camille opens the door "Hello Adam come on in." she tells him
"thanks hey Camille." Adam says
"well don't you look handsome." Camille tells him
"thanks, where's Sarah?" he wonders
"she's still upstairs getting ready." Camille tells him
"oh okay." he says just holding her corsage in his hands
Julia looks up from her magazine "hey Adam." she says
"hey Julia." he says
"what's up Adam?" Crosby wonders
"not much." Adam says
"so, how are your parents Adam?" Camille wonders
"they are uh doing great." Adam tells her
"well that's good." Camille says
"yeah." he says and smiles and waits kind of awkwardly for Sarah
A little while later Sarah appears and is coming down the stairs.
"whoa wow hello there." Adam says like he can't believe how beautiful she looks in her dark blue prom dress that matches her eyes
"hey sweetie." she says and smiles coming down the rest of stairs and kisses him
Adam kisses her back.
"oh uh here I got this for you." he helps her with the corsage getting it out of the plastic box and putting it on her wrist
"you look beautiful." he tells her
"thank you, you look handsome." she tells him
"thank you." he says
"should we pin this flower thing on you?" she wonders
"oh yeah." he says and helps her do it carefully
