AN: Chapter 7 of DAYD says that DA modified some Christmas carols to perform at their meetings. This is what they might have sounded like. (Based on Christmas carols from )

Carrow the Madman

Carrow the madman was a jolly sadist soul,
With a corncob wand and a button nose,
And a heart made out of coal.
Carrow the madman is a fairy tale, they say,
He was made of manure, but the children are sure how he came to life one day.
There must have been some magic in that Garbage bin they found.
For when they placed it on his head,
He began to dance around.

O, Carrow the madman Was alive as he could be,
And the children say he could laugh And play just by torturing you and me.
Thumpetty thump thump,
Thumpety thump thump,
Look at Carrow go.
Thumpetty thump thump,
Thumpety thump thump,
Basking in our sorrow.

Carrow the madman knew The end was near that day,
So he said, "Let's run and we'll have some fun now before I melt away."
Down to the village,
With a broomstick in his hand,
Flying here and there all Around the square yelling,
Crucio at all men.
He led them down the streets of town Back to the tower top.
And he flew straight into a wall Because he couldn't stop!

So Carrow the madman Was removed from our way,
And we waved goodbye saying,
"Don't you cry,
He won't be back any day."
Thumpetty thump thump,
Thumpety thump thump,
Look at Carrow go.
Thumpetty thump thump,
Thumpety thump thump,
Basking in our sorrow.

Snapy the Greasy-Haired Teacher

Snapy, the greasy-haired teacher had some very shiny hair.
And if you ever saw him,
You'd see some glow there.

All of the other teachers used to laugh and call him names.
They never let poor Snapy join in any teacher games.

Then one foggy summer eve Voldy came to say:
"Snapy with your hair so bright,
won't you guide my school tonight?"

All the Death Eaters loved him as they shouted out with glee,
Snapy the greasy-haired teacher,
you'll go down in history.

Ding Dong! Merrily on High

Ding dong! merrily on high,

In heav'n the bells are ringing:

Ding dong! verily the sky

Is riv'n with angel singing.

(Refrain)All Death Eaters will soon die! (Could have several versions of this line, as long as they fit the music.)

E'en so here below, below,

Let steeple bells be swungen,

And "Io, io, io!"

By priest and people sungen.
(Refrain)

Pray you, dutifully prime

Your matin chime, ye ringers;

May you beautifully rime

Your evetime song, ye singers.
(Refrain)

Harry'll Be Here By Christmas

Harry'll be here by Christmas;
You can count on him.
Please have snow and mistletoe,
Hang Carrows on the tree.

Christmas Eve will find us Where the love-light gleams.
He'll be here by Christmas,
Fulfilling all our dreams.

Christmas is Coming

Christmas is coming,
Death Eaters getting fat,
Please put a curse On our Snape's ugly head.
If you can't do a good curse,
A small jinx will do,
If you can't do a small jinx,
Then God bless you.

Come on, Ring Those Bells

Everybody likes to take a holiday

Everybody likes to take a rest

Spending time together with the family

Sharing lots of love and happiness.

Come on, ring those bells,
Light the Christmas tree,
And light Snape on fire,
Burn for you and me.
Everybody say,
Snape, we remember Crimes today.

Celebrations come because of something good.
Celebrations we love to recall

The day Snape and Carrows were set on fire

The greatest celebration of all.

Come on, ring those bells,
Light the Christmas tree,
And light Snape on fire,
Burn for you and me.
Everybody say,
Snape, we remember Crimes today.
