Summary: There are times when you just have to disobey your commanding officer.

Author's Notes: written for stargateland challenge. Pick a letter of the alphabet using the theme of "26 Reasons to Disobey Your Commanding Officer." I chose "F" for Friendship. I write this as a dialogue only exercise for my own skill development.

"I told you to leave me, Sergeant."

"Yes, Sir."

"So get outta here, damn it!"

"Sorry, Sir. No can do."

"Listen to me, Greer. Those Kull warriors have to come back this way to gate out. You can't get to the Gate before they do by dragging me along."

"No problem. We just wait until they leave."

"Sergeant, you've seen them killing the wounded. If they catch us, we're dead."

"They won't catch us."

"I can have you up on insubordination charges."

"If we get out of this, feel free, Sir. But I'm not leaving you."

"Has anyone ever told you, you are a stubborn son of a bitch?"

"Just my mother, Colonel."
