3rd night at Grimmald place
Ron woke up to hear crying. Balling would be a better term to describe it. As he walked down the hall he realized it was coming from Hermione's room. As he entered he saw Hermione looking miserable in her bed, though she didn't notice him. As he walked towards her she realized that he was up and tried to contain herself, a task she was failing at miserably. As soon as Ron saw this his arms were instantly around her with comforting words coming out of his mouth.
Once Hermione composed herself she was spewing off random excuses and apologies about her behavior.
She doesn't deserve this, she shouldn't have to live with this kind of worry, thought Ron as he kept his arms around her.
"Thanks,," she sniffed
"Don't mention it, really," he said wondering what to do next.
"Aren't you scared? You always seem so strong."
"You must be joking, I'm scared out of my wits for Harry, my family, and you"
"What about yourself?"
" Other things are more important now"
There was a silence that followed that statement until, " Thanks" she said again.
"For what?"
"Just for being here at three A.M. to comfort me" she yawned.
"Um, your welcome, and just so you know…"
But it was too late she had finally fallen asleep.
