On his sixteen birthday…
"So Clips, you need a ride?"
I looked at my friend, " Nah, I'm fine, I'll walk. You know my house isn't far from here."
He nodded at me and left.
Everything about his life changed…
(Scene Change)
"You need to wake up Eclipse," the young man across me said.
"How do you know my name?"
Lightning slashed all around me and a voice called to me..
"Don't be afraid."
Now…
Eclipse was standing in a large plain looking at the hundreds of miles of green stretched in front of him.
"Enjoying the view?"
He turned around, "Cedric?"
The fantasy…
Eclipse was now standing by a large yellow avian as the said bird was munching on something he had given it.
"Enjoying that caramel goodness aren't ya," he said petting the bird.
"You have a way with Chocobos," a boy on a Chocobo smirked at him.
Become his reality…
"Does United States ring any bells?" Eclipse asked.
"Can't say I have heard of a place like this in Spira," the boy said.
And the reality he grew up in…
"I want to go back," Eclipse said as he grab Cedric shirt.
"I can't," Cedric said, "The world you thought you used to live doesn't exist, it never had."
Become the fantasy…
"How about I make you a deal?" Cedric asked.
"What?"
"If you come with me to Bevelle and see your mother and take care of whatever she need you for, I'll send you back."
Now live the Fantasy like never before…
"It's one of the People of the Crystal," a man in a fancy robes said as he watched the large red Crystal that was against the wall, " Whoever touches this Crystal will be cursed by the Gods."
As the a dormant power
Cedric was standing in front of a cocoon shaped Crystal, amazement and shock crossed his face,
"it as awaken,"
Come to life
A woman seating on a bed while a small cocoon shaped Crystal floated in her palm.
"My son is in pain. He is always in pain."
