"Anything form the cart Dearies?" the candy cart witch asked Teddy and his friends.
A few minutes later the group sat in a mound of candy swapping chocolate frog cards.
"Hey, anyone want uncle Harry, I've got about a million of him," said Victiore.
"Here, I'll give you a Ginny," Teddy said.
As he pocketed his Harry card, Teddy pulled out another frog. When he looked at the card inside, it was like the world around him he could see was the smiling face of a young witch.
She had bright green eyes and a face that seemed to smile a lot. He looked as she waved at him and tucked a strand of pink hair behind her ear.
Even as he watched, her eyes changed to a bright blue, and her hair changed to match.
Teddy didn't even need to look at the name plate to know that he was looking at his mother.
Never before had he seen her on a chocolate frog card. Not willing to show any of the others yet, he carefully pocketed it and merely shrugged when Viciore asked why his hair kept changing from pink to blue.
