Mickey's Betrayal
Rose had finally come home! Jackie and Mickey was so happy and Mickey decided that they should take a trip to Paris, just for the hell of it. So now here they were, in Paris.
11:28 PM
"I've missed you, Rose." Mickey said. They were sitting on the bed, leaning in, as if getting ready to kiss.
"So have I - missed you, that is." Rose stammered.
Mickey leant in even more.
"You know whatI missed most?"
"What?" breathed Rose.
"That you're just such a fun person to be around."
"Oh." Rose was taken aback. "er.. thanks?" she tried.
Mickey sighed and Rose kissed him on the cheek.
"That was for all the times you worried about me." she explained. She leant in so that their noses were touching, then suddenly kissed him.
Mickey fell back, off the bed, breaking away from her.
"I can't d-d-d-do this." he stammered.
"Why?" asked Rose.
"Because..." at this, Mickey hung his head in shame. "Because I'm dating Viola."
"From..?"
"The saleslady at the local shop."
"Oh... I see.." Rose stared unseeingly at the black wall.
"I'm-m-m s-s-s-orry!"
"Because you cheated on me?" At this, Rose suddenly laughed.
Mickey looked at her dumbfounded. Suddenly Rose grabbed a pillow and flung it at him.
"You idiot!" She screamed. "Why?"
"What?" Mickey stared at her blankly.
"Just because I'm not in this time period or place doesn't mean you can and should just forget about me!"
"Well why don't you think about me for onece?" Mickey yelled, his voice breaking. "You, you just leave with the Doctor, going off to who knows where and when and I never know when and if you'll ever come back!"
Rose let out a hysterical laugh. "Now you just sound like my mum."
"I may sound like Jackie, but both of us has a good reason to sound like that!"
"Ugh!" Rose grabbed her half eaten apple and flung it at Mickey in exasperation. She grabbed her coat and stomped out. She went to a local cafe and ordered a latte. Lattes always made her feel better.
