What if the pizza delivery boy and the cowgirl met before the walkers came about? Written because I don't think there are enough Gleggie fanfictions. A/N So, this is my first The Walking Dead fanfiction. I love the comics and ADORE the TV Show. Very MaggiexGlenn. Let me know if I should continue!

Prologue

Glenn POV

I bounded up the stairs of the Greene farm and raised my hand to knock on the door. Before my fist came into contact with the pale wooden frame, a shadowed figure emerged from a rocking chair on the porch.

"You here to deliver the pizza?" she asked in her Southern accent that I had yet to grow accustomed to.

"Yeah," I looked down at the piece of paper in my hand, telling me the price of the delivery. "That's $19.70" I told her, looking up from the order into her green eyes. She had gotten up from the chair and had moved into the porch light, meaning I could see every angle of her perfect face. Her hair was cropped short into a practical, yet stylish bob and her tanned skin was flawless. She was stunning.

A twenty was placed in my hand and before I could reach into my pocket for 30¢, she spoke again.

"Keep the change" she told me, taking the pizza boxes from my hands and walking inside.

I don't know how long I stood there for, dazed by her beauty, but I do know this: I wanted to get to know this mysterious cowgirl.
