"Get up!"

The blanket was suddenly ripped away from Sam's body. "What the hell?" he ground out, grabbing at the disappearing cover.

"Get up! Get UP! C'mon, time to prepare!"

Sam gaped at this sibling. "Are you mad? It's like 5:00 A.M., Dean! And prepare for what?"

Dean, rocking on the balls of his feet, clapped his hands together. His eyes were almost manic. His whole body seemed to crackle with energy. "Prepare for anything and everything. Like the Boy Scouts."

Sam watched, a frown of concern darkening his face, as Dean spun on his heel, bounding for the door.
