A/N: So, this is a really short one-shot, but I'm really excited about the Clean It Up promo. For those who don't know, I'm a HUGE Rogan fan. This is just a short piece to fill out some of my emotions while waiting expectantly for March 10th. - CoS
It wasn't meant to happen. Rocky had just been helping Logan learn to dance. It wasn't like she was going to deny that he was handsome and that she was attracted to him, but she wasn't going to act on it.
But then, they'd been dancing, slowly, close together. His arm felt so strong and steady around her waist. His warm hand fit hers perfectly. They swayed back and forth. She looked into his eyes and ...
It just happened.
Everything was perfect. Rocky was a romantic. She would know that.
They were alone and dancing together. Then in the moment, she'd leaned forward, eyes closing softly, and pressed her lips to Logan's cheek.
It was only for a second and it was only on the cheek, but Rocky knew the intent behind that kiss. The intent had been real.
For a moment, Rocky panicked. She'd just crossed a line. The line that Logan was going to be CeCe's stepbrother and not just any stepbrother, a stepbrother that she didn't particularly like. But being alone with Logan had brought all of her barriers down. Hopefully she could pass it off as a mistake to Logan.
All this passed through Rocky's mind in a matter of seconds, then she took in Logan's reaction. It wasn't good. He had felt it. He had felt everything that she had put into that kiss: her dreams of a guy she could truly connect with, her romantic daydreams, her years of reading love stories, and most importantly her heart. He had felt the intention behind her kiss.
If that wasn't enough to make Rocky wish the whole event could be erased from ever happening, something else happened. Logan returned her kiss.
It was like the most perfect fairytale gone totally wrong. Because he was perfect and this was perfect and yet, it was wrong.
Because Logan was wrong and right at the same time. The right boy and the wrong boy all at once. How would she ever be able to face CeCe and tell her that she had feelings for Logan?
Luckily, Ty came along and dragged Logan away. It gave Rocky a chance to collect her feelings for now. She watched as Logan desperately signaled "Call Me" as he was pulled away.
She might be rattled by the events on the surface, but she felt her heart flutter inside her. She loved someone and he wanted to be with her. It was a new feeling and one she wanted to get used to having, wrong or right.
