The (Interrogation) Room

SVU Detectives Munch and Finn had seen a lot of horrific abuse over the years (lucky). But (don't start a sentence with but) when they were called to St. Mercy hospital because Lisa, a woman with hair and a face, was found beaten up and left in the trash (lulz). She was covered in cuts, lacerations, bruises, and crumbs from the burrito she was eating (now I'm hangry). She then sobbed and told a tale of her boyfriend Tommy, a creepy old banker, who beat her. The cops from Law & Order were sick to their stomach. It was time to take this creep down.
They found Tommy at the flower shop, petting the nice doggy. They arrested him on the spot, and everyone cried because they love Tommy so. On the way down to the police station, Tommy made faces no normal person would make. But he was no normal person. He was Tommy (great sentence dumbass).
Down at the police station, Olivia was doing something self-righteous. The other detectives were doing whatever you want to imagine them doing, just picture whatever cops are from whatever season you like so you can be satisfied. I always leave people satisfied (hit me up on IG or SC).
Tommy started crying as soon as he was in the interrogation room. "I did not hit her, I did not!"
Munch wasn't buying it for a minute, and turned a blind eye to rapper turned policeman Finn beating the living snot out of him like he was a hunter in Surviving the Game. "Why are you beating me up? I did not hit her! I did not!"
"Nobody here believes you, you weirdo!" Munch was pissed off, as contract negotiations hadn't been going as planned and he didn't have a lot of other projects except L&O related books to attend to. Then whatever D.A. you like showed up and demanded they book Tommy and charge him with assault and battery and not knowing the differences between film types.
Law & Order music noise they use during scene transitions.
So they're in the courthouse and stuff, and the judge is being sassy, and the defense attorney is being swarmy, and the D.A. is all like "He guilty tho". Then the jury went into deliberate, but because this is a Law And ORder spinoff we won't go into what was said behind there.
Tommy was sentenced to 5 years hard time up the river. The police and lawyers left feeling all satisfied and made witty commentary with each other. It was just what you'd expect from the end of an SVU episode.
Until…..
At the jail, the jailer came for Tommy in his jail cell. They brought him to a room, where nobody else was in. After a little while, another person came in. That person was…(maybe I'll write another book but this book is done)
