Well this is my first fanfic, so some feedback is really appreciated.
This will basically be about my ocs meeting the autobots and it follows the storyline of the movie. It switches POVs.
Anyway, enjoy!
"Dammit, Maya!" I yelled for what seemed like the twentieth time. Mom was letting her drive her car to school, and I knew that we would be late for sure.
"I'm just being a careful driver! We'll make it in time."
"Yeah we'd make it if you didn't drive like an old lady." I muttered under my breath.
"You're just jealous because mom let me drive." She looked over and stuck her tongue out at me.
"Whatever."
"And don't be getting mad about it, you were just as obnoxious when you got to drive."
"I was not!" I argued.
"Really? You wouldn't even let me choose a radio station! Does 'Driver picks the music, shotgun shuts her cakehole' sound familiar to you?"
I giggled, remembering when I had quoted Dean Winchester. "Okay, first of all, that was funny, and second, I was not being obnoxious, that's just my regular attitude."
"Whatever. Just shut up and let me drive."
We drove in silence for a while, and it seemed like for a moment Maya was in deep thought about something...or someone.
"Are you fantasizing about Sam again?"
She suddenly stopped the car, right there in the middle of the road.
"What the hell? I just asked you a question!"
She glared at me. "Well, don't ask it again."
"So...That was a yes?" I questioned, and the look she gave me... well if looks could kill then I would have been dying a very slow and painful death.
"Talia, can you do me a favor?" I nodded. "For the rest of the day, can you just pretend not to be a total ass? Just for today? No sarcasm, no being a smart ass, none of that?"
"I really don't think I can do that."
"Well then don't even breathe in my direction today."
And that was the end of our conversation.
We drove the rest of the way in silence, and I couldn't believe that we couldn't make it five minutes without arguing. We never could, and we never really got along.
At that moment, I made a silent wish: I wished for things to change.
At the time, I didn't know that my wish would come true.
And I didn't have in mind giant alien robots that transform into cars, and I certainly didnt have in mind falling in love with one.
