Prologue:
As I sat under the Cherry Blossom tree I pondered on the past, I do it often, what if things had been different? What would it change?
If I was able to go back in time I would, I would change EVERYTHING. I made a list actually.
As you can probably guess, stopping Sasuke from leaving the village was one of which.
Maybe Konoha would still be in its rightful form, full of beauty, courage, wisdom, life and, of course, fire.
Maybe my friends would have survived and lived on.
Maybe my best friend would be here to help me accomplish all this, come up with one of his unbelievably, irrational plans that would be sure to work, like the majority of his others, Naruto was our saviour, our hero, he would've been able to do it and wouldn't give up till he did.
And like Naruto, neither will I, I'll change things and do what I must till I have, I will save my friends!
I am Sakura Haruno, I am twenty two, a Anbu Kunoichi of the Leaf Village and this is my journey back in time.
