A/N: So after all the years of following I decided to try my hand at this stuff. I hope you enjoyed. -Skyviolin (A-chan)

Leaning on his tripod, Riku sighed as he looked up at the red evening sky. The hike up the small mountain was tiring, but every bit worth it. He would have never gotten a picture like this down near the small town. And he definitely couldn't get shots like this back at Destiny Islands. The rugged nature surrounding Twilight Town was stunning. He loved this. This is what he did. Explore; find new, wonderful places and things to capture on film. However, the weight of the camera around his neck, the pouch on his side and the backpack behind him was beginning to ache. And perhaps his heart ached a bit, too.

It was going to get dark soon. Something he felt within himself as he stared placidly at the darkening sky. He collapsed his tripod, strapped it on his backpack began the trek down the mountain. The trail was rough, but still visible. Riku couldn't help, but snort at the resemblance of his life. He left Destiny Islands 3 months ago in order to travel and take photos. He needed to get out; discover more. It was bittersweet, honestly.

He wasn't good at staying in light places and his photos showed it. There was something so fascinating about the darkness. It was hard to capture on film, yet he prided himself on his ability to capture dusk. But, he supposed, a little light always helped. He took out a red flashlight and turned it on the darkening path. Riku didn't put it in his back, but he knew it was in there. Riku thumbed the switch with a smile. He could feel the little sticker-Mickey Mouse. It was his favorite character. Riku sighed deeply. To be honest, he missed the light in Destiny Islands sometimes. He missed his light.

Making it back into town and to his hotel, Riku checked his phone. No messages. No missed calls. Of course not-Riku wouldn't message himself either. After a shower and some room service, Riku sat on the hard hotel bed with his camera on his left and his cellphone in his hand. He should be going through his shots right now, he really should, but he just stared at his phone. He pressed 'one.' It was like the whole room lit up as that one name appeared on the screen. Just call! He urged himself. And before he knew it, he pressed the green button.

He could hear the ringing. One time. Two. Three. And the soft, "Hello."

"Hey, Sor," Riku replied.
