Notes: Basically, I'm just trying to get a fanfic out for you guys for SasuNaru Day. I mean, I've never done it before! How cool! A SasuNaru! How original!
Anyways, this one is quite Angsty. I didn't mean it, but I blame it all on the Birthday Massacre.

Sasuke looked around, eyebrows drawn together in confusion.
Where was he?
The young man spun around when he heard a sound from behind.
His breathing unevened.
His vision darkened.
.
His eyes opened.
Sasuke looked up and saw dark, grey clouds; heavy raindrops falling from the sky; and…
big, blue eyes.
His mouth opened.
He tried to speak.
But he couldn't.
Not when Naruto dropped down beside him as he lay on the ground.
.
They didn't talk.
Not even Naruto,
the Idiot.
.
There were many times he turned his head.
So many times he looked at him.
So many times he wondered whether the other was real.
So many times he wanted to see
whether a simple touch was the same
as when their fists connected.
So many times…
.
He steadied himself onto his elbows
and turned onto his side,
facing Naruto.
Naruto looked at him.
He would like to say that they both looked somewhat content,
but he knew what "Don't leave me…" meant.

So, he inclined slightly toward the other with every bit of strength he could muster,
and let his breath fan over slightly parted lips
before letting the two connect.
.
He felt his arms weaken, and he fell forward, deepening their close-lipped kiss.
His lips parted and he let a thumb slowly trace over one of the lines on a tanned cheek.
Immediately, Naruto reached up,
and wrapped his arms around Sasuke's shoulders.
The Uchiha let his eyelids drop, and he sighed,
tongue touching around inside of his friend's mouth.

He didn't open his eyes when he felt Naruto flip them over,
and speak against his lips.
"Don't leave me…"

And when his eyes did open
There was black—
And only black.
.
"Don't leave me…"

.
So, this is the Final!
I actually went through a lot of ideas to try to make a SasuNaru. This is the only one I could come up with. I guess I'm not very good with plain, old, regular SasuNaru, huh?
It was so hard! I was trying to go through some of my old fanfic ideas/drafts too, but no matter what, I'd always wind up making up such a NaruSasu-ish aura that it'd be so off—
"That's so terrible!" I would think to myself!
Well, anyways, I hope you liked it (even though it's incomprehensible), and happy SasuNaru Day! I'll try to celebrate NaruSasu Day too (at college).
