Chapter 1: Get ready, Snake!
Running as hard as he could, Snake, Solid Snake, who was solid at the time, escaped from the swarm of parasitic villagers.
"Damn," he muttered, "These guys are right on my ass."
He cocked his gun and shot rapidly into the crowd. The bullets missed nearly every villager, prompting Snake to swear aloud again, louder this time. He continued to run, turned a corner and realized he was stopped by a very hard, erect concrete wall. Another curse left his lips and he began to slowly inch his way up the wall, while fumbling to get his hookshot working. But, he was mortified when it went off earlier than he planned.
"Talk about premature ejaculation!" Snake cried, struggling to reload it.
In trying to reload his hookshot, he slipped off the wall and while he was struggling to get himself up again, he heard a shout from the top of the wall.
"'EY, SNAKE!" a thick, Spanish accent called. "Get down!"
Snake hit the ground and just as a zombie was on top of him Luis shot him. Snake regained his bearings and swirled around just in time to knock out the remaining zombies, with Luis' help.
"Let's go!" Luis shouted and threw down a rope. Snake hesitated, unsure if he wanted to grab this stranger's rope, but eventually submitted and pulled his way up the wall.
