It's Tuesday, and Sam ducks into Starbucks and finds Cas already in their usual spot, sipping his latte. A second sits across from him, Sam's name scratched on the side with Sharpie.
"Good timing." Sam grins.
"Not bad yourself." Cas shrugs and then pulls Sam's latte closer. "Sit on this side, I want you to show me your lecture notes from yesterday."
"I could show you just as easy on the other side." Sam teases.
"Yes, but I like the way you press closer to me when you get excited about a new theory." Cas smiled, feeling victorious over Sam's slightly blush.
Learning how to flirt with Sam was fun, he decided. Very fun.
Sam obliged Cas's request and sat on the same side of the booth, pulling out his five subject notebook. Cas watched him in amusement as he covered the basics of the lecture, his real interest piquing at the new material, just as he anticipated. Cas finished his own coffee and proceeded to steal a drink off the top of Sam's forgotten cup, an unexpected foam mustache appearing just above his upper lip. Sam paused in mid-sentence and laughed.
"What?" Cas asked.
"You've got a little something…no, no…I can get it." Sam grinned, seeing an opportunity for payback.
Without a second glance to the barely occupied shop Sam ducked his head and kissed Cas, licking the foam off his lip. Cas flushed a bright pink, a soft moan surprising them both.
"Still up for challenging me in the flirt department?" Sam asked.
"If it leads to more of that? I don't think you'll be able to get me to stop." Cas smiled.
"I'll drink to that." Sam chuckled, stealing back his coffee.
