Disclaimer: I really do not own KHR. It belongs to the awesome Amano Akira, and the people who supported her.

Gokudera's POV

I found myself running.

It doesn't matter where I fucking end up, whether it be shit or a paradise full of piano keys, just waiting to be played.

Pianos. My heart throbs at the biggest memory my supposed-to-be-stranger visitor, who I recently found out to be my mother (via the know-it-all maids). Yes, Lavina, who I hated for the reason that she didn't come back for the last 5 years. Now I realize that she died, under my father's clutch—

The rain sent its icy fingers running through my spine, interrupting me from my thoughts. I shiver vigorously, and the urge to go back to home became more appealing; however, even if my 8-year-old body can't take it anymore, I had a battle to myself and continue running, in search of nowhere.

To fight it, I thought of how much I had hated that bloody hell of a mansion and the idiotic people in it. On the top of my list is my bastard of a father who let my graceful mother lead to her death. Of course, Bianchi is on the list, too. She was the typical sister: laces, ribbons, dresses, and worse of all, cookies. Those crunchy, round disks of guilty pleasure with its smell wafting through the entire villa. That alone could have fulfilled my daily vitamins of problems, but of course, it only gets better. My bitc- err, sister cooked it using poison cooking, making it completely irresistible. Yum.

Which reminds me when she made her cookies make me play the piano in such an abstract manner. Do you think it was fun? If you think it is, then you're an idiot. Can't you imagine the humiliation the pain of eating poison over and over again? Tch.

Oh, and of course, those dratted maids that never seem to be contented with their own live, always talking about us (yes, I knew an ace piece of information from them, but still). I really felt satisfied when I saw the terrified look on their faces when I taunted them with dynamites. Yeah, and one of them got injured... I was so happy... though I remember a girl who looked at me with a stink eye, as if she was the one who was injured. I could clearly remember her exasperated expression. In fact, I could see her in front of me, with her red hair crowning her head, and her blue-green eyes piercing right through me. Then a girl voice spoke, "Where do you think you're going?"

I stopped running. I rubbed my eyes. No, it's true. It really is her, though I must be seeing double. Beside her is someone who looks exactly like her (except for their hair), though it said, in a boy's voice, "Could you hear us?"

I said, in the most choleric voice possible, "How dare you say that to me!"

"Oh sorry, master, we are just not worthy of your respect, since we are just your maid's daughter," the girl snickers, "you should have picked the family that you chose to be your enemy. You just prophesized our revenge."

"What-?!" That was the last thing that I said before falling unconscious in the girl's headlock.

This is my first fan fic... please R&R.

BTW, I think awesome is a really wrong term to describe Amano Akira. Here's my logic:

Awesome comprises of "awe" and "some", which for me, means only "some" awe.

I think awe full would be a better term, since it means full of awe.
