Well, now that Evie told the whole school, it's time to announce it to Ben's parents!

Mal's eyes fluttered open. She found herself on the second bed in Ben's room. She had to evacuate her dorm, after Hurricane Evie had rolled in. Evie's voice had probably reached all the way to the Isle of the Lost! Ben was already out of bed. Mal tumbled out of her bed and found Ben in the bathroom, brushing his teeth.

"Good morning," she smiled.

"Good morning," he replied, toothpaste muffling his voice.

"Eww, don't talk with toothpaste in your mouth!" Mal grimaced at the image of Ben's toothpaste-covered lips in the mirror.

Ben wiped his mouth and turned to Mal. "Sorry I didn't get around to everybody. Evie must have given everyone a good scare."

Mal nodded. "Well I think we're in for a good scare. Now we have to tell your parents."

Ben looked at Mal. "I promise, they'll be happy for us."

"I don't know," Mal said, "I heard your father has a pretty nasty temper."

Ben smiled. "His bark is worse than his bite."

Mal laughed. "Okay. If you say so."

"Besides," Ben laughed, "I'm sure your mother would react even worse."

"Probably," Mal laughed, "If she was in Auradon, she'd probably crash our wedding and curse you, just like she did at Aurora's christening."

Ben took Mal's arm and led her through the gardens of Auradon Prep, to the Castle. When they finally arrived at the castle, they made their way up to Belle and Adam's bedroom. Ben knocked at the door. Belle answered, standing in a fluffy, yellow nightgown. Adam stood behind her, in a blue bathrobe.

Belle's eyes lit up when she saw them. "Ben! And Mal! Come in!"

Mal smiled at Adam. 'Sorry that it's so early in the morning," she began.

"It's quite alright," Adam interrupted, "we're generally morning people. We just slept in this morning."

"Mom, dad," Ben began, "we have an announcement to make."

Mal took a deep breath. Belle and Adam looked intently at the two.

"We're," Ben said, "engaged." He silently winced, bracing himself for whatever was to come.

Both Belle and Adam dropped the bedsheets they were holding. Belle's face wrapped up into a smile, but Adam's face dropped down into a look of confusion. "Ben," he beckoned him into the bathroom and shut the door.

Belle looked at Mal. She smiled. "Congratulations. I hope my son make you happy."

"Thank you." Mal nodded her head to the former-queen.

Mal pretended like she couldn't hear Adam yelling at Ben from the bathroom. "She's a villain, Ben!" Belle couldn't bring herself to look at Mal. Mal ran out of the room in tears. "I'm sorry," Belle heard her yell from the hallway. Ben stormed out from the bathroom.

"Ben," Bell reached out her hand.

"Thanks a lot," he growled.

Belle turned to look at her husband. "What is wrong with you?" she yelled.

"What's wrong with me? Our own son is marrying the daughter of the mistress of all evil!" Adam challenged her.

"If I had known this was how you would react to our son's marriage, I would have listened to what Gaston said." Belle screamed. "I gave you chance over chance. You could at least give those chances to Mal! The poor thing ran out of here in tears!"

Adam growled in frustration. This was not working out very well for Ben and Mal.
