Toothless loved night time; He loved the peacefulness and the quiet, he loved the stars in the sky that changed every night; He loved how every night, old stars would disappear and new ones would appear. He also enjoyed the cold.
But Hiccup did not enjoy the cold.
He still couldn't figure out how his boyfriend managed to drag him out of his nice warm house and into the dare forest, he also couldn't figure out how Toothless found a small, empty field that was surrounded by thick trees and rocks.
But here he was, on him back on the cold grass next to his boyfriend, looking up at the dark sky. Hiccup stayed silent for the whole time they were there until he sighed and turned his head to look at Toothless, just then releasing how close they were.
"Toothless, is there a reason you dragged me out here in the middle of the night?"
The other teen chuckled in response before turning his head also, his nose almost touching Hiccup's "It's not even 9:30 yet Hiccup, stop being so dramatic"
Hiccup elbowed him before he sighed and turned his eyes back at the sky "Why did you drag me out here? I'm freezing"
"Because I thought it would be nice to spend some time with my boyfriend, and if you're cold I'm sure I can help you" Toothless purred and closed the gap between himself and Hiccup, pressing his lips against his boyfriend's own softly, pulling away a few seconds later and turned onto his side, his arms wrapping around Hiccup's body, pulling him closer.
Hiccup smiled and snuggled up against the older teen, sighing happily as he rested his forehead against Toothless' chest "Why do I have a feeling you planed all this?"
Toothless chuckled and shrugged, pressing his lips against Hiccup's forehead "What can I say? I like the cold"
