A/N This is just a oneshot based off of a conversation me and my siblings had the other day, when we were getting our flu shots. Somebody said, "Hey, what if the ninja got their flu shots? What would they do?" We all talked it over awhile and this is how we said it would go. Hope you like this!
PS, you'll notice my one shots are based off of something that has to do with my siblings. ? ﾟﾘﾂ
The ninja walked into Walgreens. Nya had ordered them all to go and get their flu shots. It was flu season after all. So the ninja trudged in, all six, knowing this was for their own good. Nya went first.
"It won't be that bad you guys." She hopped up onto the table and waited. After the nurse came in, she said,
"Hi guys, my name is Sandi." She pulled out the needles and Jay winced. Nya was talking to the others about a new upgrade to the Samurai X suit. When she looked at the nurse, the nurse laughed.
"You're done. Been done for a minute now."
"Oh, okay. Your turn Kai." Nya ordered.
"Fine." Kai was eyeing the needle. Sandi stuck the needle in his arm. "OWWWW!" Kai yelled. "Wait, why did I say ow? That didn't even hurt." Jay laughed. Kai glared at him.
"It's your turn. Jay." Kai said.
"Awww..." Jay traded places with Kai.
"Is this gonna hurt?" Jay whimpered.
"What do you think? Kai and Nya didn't seem to think so." Sandi smiled.
"Okay...ow! That hurt! You two lied!" Jay fumed.
"No we didn't. It's just you thought it was going to hurt, so it did." Nya explained.
"Wait till I chirp that Jay's girlfriend didn't even complain when she got a shot, and Jay was whining about it!" Lloyd laughed.
"Looks like Lloyd is forgetting it is HIS turn..." Jay huffed.
"Oh, yeah." He sat on the table and looked at the needle wide-eyed. "Um, hang on for a second guys." Lloyd grabbed his phone and walked out of the room. The other ninja waited expectantly for about ten minutes. Lloyd walked in with Misako right behind him. Kai started to laugh. Lloyd sat on the table and squeezed his eyes shut.
"Mom? Will you hold my hand?" Lloyd whispered.
"Of course. The Green Ninja." Misako grinned.
"Mo-om!" Lloyd whined. The nurse quickly gave Lloyd the shot and Lloyd stopped her while she was pulling out the band aids.
"Umm... Do you have any Fritz Donnegin band aids?" Lloyd asked sheepishly. The nurse chuckled, and nodded.
Lastly it was Cole's turn. He was perfectly normal until Sandi filled the syringe, then rolled up his sleeve.
"No! Don't touch me!" Cole started screaming. "I will not get a shot! I don't care if I get sick! No!" It ended up the other ninja had to hold him down, while the nurse injected the flu shot.
"See? That wasn't so bad?" Nya cooed. "You want to go get some ice cream?" Cole nodded. So the ninja went out to ice cream, and Jay ended up getting sick anyway, infecting the rest... So... Nya never forced flu shots on them again.
