It was late… The stars were shining and the air was so fresh. So fresh that Tir could feel that the air could clean his heart and his hands for murdering people in war. He sat at the floor and staring at the stars. He could see the stars obviously. Where are they? Are they watching me here right now? He felt that he was hard to breath. Because of the cold air, of because of the sins he suffered now… For causing Gremio's, Teo's, and Ted's death…
'Young Master.' He turned his head immediately. Try to recognized the voice just now. 'Cleo. Pahn.' Those two sat next to him a few seconds later. 'It's cool today, huh?' Pahn closed his eyes and enjoying the fresh air. Cleo opened her cape and wore it to Tir.
'I don't need…'
'Just take it.'
'We don't want our leader to get a cough when we're gonna attack Shasarazade tomorrow, do we?' Cleo shook her head and staring at the stars. For a few minutes, they didn't even open their mouth.
'I miss him a lot…'
'We all do. Right?' They shut their mouth again. Remembering Gremio's smile and his special stew. Remembering his shout when they messed Tir's room with Ted years ago. I miss him… Tir try hard not to cry.
'He…'
'Young master?'
'He promised me to always by my side. He always said that he will. But…'
'…'
'How could he?! How could he broke his promise?! How could he sacrificed his own life?!' Tir poured all his feel, tried very hard to hate Gremio, who has sacrificed his own life for him. But he couldn't. What a fool! He want to say that. But he couldn't. He couldn't do that. He couldn't blame him. After all his last words before he went somewhere where nobody can reach and left only his cape…
'He was an idiot… Absolutely idiot…'
'…' Yes… He was an idiot… An idiot guy who have done something incredibly stupid. Sacrificing his own life for somebody else. Not his son, not his brother. Just his Young Master… The wind starting to get cooler.
'You're wrong, Young Master.' Said Cleo. Tir turned his head immediately. 'He saved you because he loved you very much. So do we. If I were Gremio, I would do the same thing as his to save your life.' For the first time, Cleo and Pahn could see Tir's surprise face after that long battle started.
'Let's call it a day. We should go to our bed now. We must gain our maximum strength by tomorrow.' Cleo stood up and stared at the sky once more. Then she get into the castle. Pahn was behind her. 'Young Master.''I'll go later. See you tomorrow.' Pahn shook his head, then he closed the door.
The wind blowed trough Tir's bandanna. He was thinking of what Cleo just said. Gremio loved me? Does he? If he knew that I will cause his death, will he still love me? He stared at the stars again. No one knew why, but this time, he could see Gremio's face at the sky. 'Gremio?' Said Tir surprised. Gremio was smiling. A very happy smile. As he was saying that he never regreted his decision to sacrificed his own life to save Tir. Tir winked his eyes, and Gremio was dissapeared.
'Do you, Gremio? Do you not regret your decision that day? Do you?' The wind blowed again. Now Tir could feel that the wind just said, 'I won't, Young Master.' And a green leaf flied in front him. He cought the leaf and stared at it. 'Thank you, Gremio.' He whispered for himself. I think I'm going to bed now. It's too late. Now he feel like he could do anything.
