Charlie Brown smiled at the freckle-faced tomboy as he led her to the door. She stopped walking and said, "Chuck, you kind of like me, don't you? I know you can't answer me because you're shy; but do tell me." Charlie Brown was about to open his mouth when Sally raced towards them, yelling, "Big Brother! Marcie's roaming around the house!"

Charlie Brown looked at his little sister as if she were insane before talking to Peppermint Patty again. Sally grumbled as she told herself, "He doesn't believe me. Patty doesn't believe me, no one believes me; except Marcie...mainly because she is wandering around the house." Patty then listened in on what the blonde girl said before telling Chuck, "You better keep an eye on Sally. She might seem to have flipped." Hearing this, Charlie Brown raced back inside the house, looking at a vacant couch and then realizing one thing, "Sally, where's Marcie?" he asked his little sister.

Panicking, he soon traced his steps: he got off the couch, headed to the phone, opened and closed a door, went back to the living room and then went to the front step. He soon found one of Snoopy's supper dishes laying around. "Someone can trip on that." Charlie Brown told himself. It didn't take long before he caught up to Sally, who was desperately looking for Marcie. "No luck." she explained, shaking her head as she checked under the table. The two Brown children then heard a loud crash and went to check it out. "Oh no." they exclaimed in unison.

"Who knocked over Mom's favorite vase?" Charlie Brown asked Snoopy and Woodstock. The bird and beagle duo just widened their eyes. "I give up." the lovable looser responded. Sally soon walked by, carrying jump rope and looking worried. He soon found Sally tying Marcie with the jump rope, Charlie Brown watched in confusion before Sally spoke up, "This way, she won't wander off again." Charlie Brown rolled his hazelnut eyes as he untied the jump rope. He then heard a very faint snoring. Putting a hand near his ear, he was able to make out the snoring coming from the very room the three kids were in.

Charlie Brown soon noticed Marcie sit up and rub her eyes a little. Giggling, he smiled at his friend before Sally whispered something in his ear, "I'm worried, Big Brother. She's been doing this for a while now." Hearing this new piece of information, he grew curious. "Any other odd behaviors?" he whispered back. Sally thought for a minute before responding back, "Wandering around, seeming dazed and talking." Charlie Brown then tried to remember what those where signs of. Then it hit him like a ton of bricks.

He then remembered something. "Terrific...she's sleepwalking." he told himself. He began pondering to himself when a beagle's yelp startled him. He soon found Snoopy, rubbing his paw as if a certain sleepwalking kid stepped on it. Charlie Brown then decided to call someone. "Mom!" he called to upstairs. "Where's the baby gate?" he asked before finding it in the closet. Placing it in front of the stairs, he was able to then steer Marcie back to the couch, if he could only find her...

Sally was helplessly looking around before coming across something behind the living room curtains. "Curtains don't snore..." she told herself before finding what her brother was looking for. "You found her." Charlie Brown responded as he held the sleepwalking girl's hand and helped her back on the couch. Sally smiled as she looked at the sleeping, bespectacled girl. "Stress can make people sleepwalk, Sally. She must've also had restless nights..." he explained as Sally ran to her beanbag chair.

Charlie Brown giggled a little as he looked at Marcie. He found it very hard to believe that she was sleepwalking. But even if she wouldn't remember what happened, he smiled.
