The Next day Sakura gets released from the hospital with her twins Mizaka and Shikamaru in tow..Tsunade: If you guys need anything let me know okay! Sakura: I will Tsunade! thank you! So Tsunade takes the results and goes to the Exam room to talk to Sakura and Kakashi. Sakura: What is it Dr. Tsunade? Tsunade: You guys there's been a miracle! Kakashi: A miracle?
