Aaron couldn't stop thinking about Emily. She was in Paris and she was hiding from Doyle. She was tracking him and was finally coming close to finding him.

He couldn't wait until she would be coming home to him. He missed her so much. He wanted to call her but that could put her into extreme danger. He could write her a letter, but he didn't have an address to send the letter to.

Boy, I hear you in my dreams.

You make it easier when life gets hard.

Emily wished she could be back home. She wanted to be able to see her friends again. But most of all she missed the feelings of Aaron's arms wrapped around her.

She missed Aaron. She had left their relationship hanging in the balance when she was put into hiding.

She knew he was thinking about her. It seemed as though she could hear his thoughts. She dreamed about him every night and just wished to be back home. She found that the thought of Aaron made her situation a little easier to deal with.

I'm lucky to be in love with my best friend.
Lucky to have been where I have been.
Lucky to be coming home again.

The battle was finally over. Doyle was dead and Emily would be returning home to her family. Her secret would be told to her team after a week of being back in Virginia. She needed to get settled first. She needed to see Aaron right away though.

Aaron was very excited after hearing about Emily's return. He couldn't wait to see her again. It had been months since he'd last seen her and that was in a hospital room. He was lucky to have her back with him.

They don't know how long it takes,

Emily was on the plane, returning home. She didn't think anyone could be as lucky as her. No one, probably, has waited so long to find someone perfect. No one has lost that one person, shortly after finding them, and then been able to return to them again.

When Emily and Aaron had said goodbye in the hospital, they hoped they'd see each other again after it was all over. They didn't want to ever experience their last kiss.

When she left, Aaron promised her that he'd see her again. He promised her he'd wait for her until she returned. Everyday, she hoped she'd return. And now it was actually happening.

Lucky we're in love in every way.
Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed.
Lucky to be coming home someday.

Emily got off the plane at the airport and saw Aaron standing, waiting for her. She ran over to him and hugged him. She leaned up and kissed him passionately. It was so good to be back home again, in his arms.

Emily and Aaron went back to Aaron's house. They talked about everything. They told each other about how much they love one another.

Aaron kissed Emily and then pulled her in for a hug. He never wanted to let her go again. He would never let her leave him again.
