Freddie's POV.
"Hello all of you in front of the TVs. I'm Dana Words and you're watching 'clevver tv'. Today we are here with none other than the iCarly stars: Carly Shay, Samantha Puckett and of course the technical producer Fredward Benson. Hello guys how are you?" the host said.
God it was insane that iCarly started as small web show and now it is so big. We were all sitting there and the cameras were rolling. It's strange to be in front of the camera instead being behind it.
"Hi…we're excited to be here. How are you?" Sam said. She turned out to be the bravest one of us when it came to the interview we were giving on that very moment. And if we have to be honest I didn't paying any attention to the things Dana was saying. Why? Because Sam was stunning. She had her blond wild curls tied up on a high ponytail, wearing amazing skin tight black dress to her knees with high wedges. My heart was threatening to explode while I was sitting next to her.
"I'm excited to have you here. Have you ever given any interviews before?"
"Yes we actually have. We were at web icon last year so…yeah…" Carly said. That was her territory. I mean being in the spotlight is for her and nobody else and we all knew that.
"We heard that the first lady, Michelle Obama, was on your show. Tell us something more about that."
"Yes she was. It was hilarious. She did the random dancing with us and played one of our many games called 'Is Gibby criticizing a hamster or wearing a hat' and she did pretty good at it. It was so fun." Sam laughed. Her voice filled the room like a song…
"What was the occasion for her to appear on the show? Freddie?"
Suddenly I was snapped out of my thoughts. Dana was asking me things I was not thinking about. I am not the luckiest guy ever.
"Well, I and Sam connected to Carly's dad through internet which wasn't the easiest thing for me having the fact that he is at place where it is almost impossible to find internet. So because of that the first lady came to meet us telling us we are great friends and she did the show with us and that was like an award for us. That day we gained a thousand more viewers." I said and finally breathed out. I never knew I would be so nervous when a host is asking me something.
"I heard that you two guys were dating. Is that true?" Dana asked pointing at me and Sam.
Sam looked at me and I looked at her. "Yes we were but we eventually broke up a few months ago." She said. My heart sank when I hear her say it with such sadness in her voice.
I couldn't do anything but to nod and hope we will drop the topic.
"Why did you break up? You're so cute couple."
"I guess we just weren't like the normal couples. You used to fight a lot." I said.
"But you always got back together and were so happy. It is mystery for me too why you two broke up." Carly spoke suddenly. She was right. We always were back together minutes after our fights.
"The thing you said to Spencer and his weird girlfriend… they kind of counted for us too." Sam said looking at my eyes again.
"That was directed to him not you guys." Carly insisted.
"Are you guys still in love with each other or it was just a test period for you?" That host was starting to get on my nerdy nerves.
"No" we both said.
"It wasn't test period for me" Sam said with a little smile forming on her lips.
"It wasn't for me either." I told more to Sam then to Dana.
"Would you give another try sometimes? Maybe 5 years from now?"
"I'm ready to give another try now." I said not looking away from Sam's crystal eyes.
Sam didn't respond. As I was looking at her I saw how she started coming closer and closer to me and soon enough I felt her lips with cherry lip gloss on mine. I didn't pull away instead I kissed her back. Everyone in the studio clapped.
When we broke the kiss we were both smiling like idiots. And thank God Dana saw how awkward it was and put the advertisements on. Well now I can say that I love 'Clevver TV'.
