AN- Please don't kill me. I don't normally write such irrelevant "fanfiction", but with Bleach it's just so easy. Also, forgive the punctuation abuse.

Disclaimer: I don't own Bleach, Tite Kubo does.

So, your fancy high-tech computer job's been outsourced to India, huh? Millions of people willing to work for next to nothing got you down? Wondering why you went to college for so long if it just meant you were going to be jobless? Debt piling up? Family going hungry? Looking for a well-paying job with security, guaranteed?

Look no further! Karakura Construction Company is hiring now! In fact, we're always hiring!

As you probably know, if you're from anywhere near Karakura, our town is just one giant accident waiting to happen. Explosions occur constantly, with seemingly no explanation, causing massive destruction. Trucks drive through houses. Buildings collapse. Roads are torn to pieces. Electrical poles and lines are snapped, showering areas with sparks and causing fires. People keep moving in, under the impression that it's a great place to raise children, creating a demand for living space.

What's that you ask? "Why would I want to move to a town where so much dangerous stuff happens?" Well, because we at Karakura Construction Company are willing to pay you top dollar to work for us! Also, for whatever reason, there are very few fatalities in many of these happenings. (Incidentally, Karakura Hospital is on the lookout for experienced doctors and nurses, if you have that kind of training.) Despite everything that goes on, our town continues to grow in population, and said population demands that their destroyed houses, schools, and businesses be fixed in a time-efficient manner!

So we want to help us rebuild Karakura Town! Experience preferred, but certainly not necessary, as we will have plenty of opportunity to train you in real life situations (that you'll be getting paid for! Paid training!). Salary is generous, and benefits include a hefty medical and life insurance package, among other perks.

And best of all, this job is guaranteed to last your entire lifetime, however long that may be, or until you find a better job (but you probably won't, in this town.) Heck, we'll even pay for you to move here if you sign a legally binding work contract for a minimum of four months! What's that you say? "We sound desperate?" Nothing could be further from the truth! We just really want you to work for this company, and we're willing to work with your needs to make it so!

Did we mention the paid training? Well, we have it in abundance! So come to Karakura, where your job in our construction industry is guaranteed (and sorely needed)!
