Chapter 1 Awakening
A young shadow crept toward the large crater in the ground where Inuyasha and company had just defeated Menamaru. As the figure stepped into the moonlight it came clear. She was a young girl in her teens. She had her long black hair up in two buns and the strands of her hair conver the tips of her pointed ears.As she moved silently her black and red kimono fluttered softly. At her side was a katanawith a wolf head carved into it. It was carved from pure gold and had saphire eyes. Above her clear blue eyes was a circular symbol with a tail off of it. The sign of Menamaru. It was a pale white and looked as if it was a part of her hair. From her ears the moonlight caught on her black earings.
She cut a branch away with her long nails as she slid down the side of the crater to a linp body. The figure cam clear as she leaned down.
The man had on a blue warriors arite, his black boots barely visible in the moonlight. His still hands wore white gloves and covering the rest of his body was his lond white cloak. The girl gently turned him over and layed his head on her lap. His silver earings matched hers and his symbol also lay on his forehead. As she turned him over the orange and red designs on his armor bacame visible. A few steps off lay his sword and sheath.
His skin was very pale and had two red streaks down his forehead. His green hair lay loosely at his waist. She gently brushed his hair aside and his pointy ears became visible.
She gently unwound the black cat-eye beads from her left hand and a white light shown from her hand. She gently pressed it to his chest. She smirked slightly as his red eyes flickered open. Her voice was calm as she said, "Welcome back Lord Menamaru."
